About the Event
The main meditation practice taught in this 5-week class is the practice of “noting” (sometimes referred to as “labeling”) as it was taught by the Burmese meditation master, Mahasi Sayadaw. Each session will be highly interactive, with components of guided meditation, social meditation, discussion, and a short talk and meditation instructions given by R.J.
